God’s amazing creations

Dear Church family and friends, this week I’ve had the luxury of time to take in the natural beauty of Iceland and the master craftsmanship of grand structures in Paris, France — God’s handiwork and the evidence of God’s guidance in creating houses of worship where glorious music ascends to the heavens!  All of these are spectacles to behold during this opportunity of a lifetime.  I continue to be immensely grateful for this gift of time.

Just down the street from our Airbnb is Église Trinité Church where Olivier Messiaen, the great contemporary Parisian organ and choral composer served for 61 years (1931-1992)!

The Cavaillé-Coll organ at Trinité Church was inaugurated in 1869 and soon after played by Alexander Guilmant.

Off to Berlin, Germany and then to the windmill haven in Altenbeichlingen.  More next week when I’m in Bach’s country.  Prayers, blessings and joy, Suzanne
